There appears to be no simple way to get a list of all sites that have been deleted by the "Admin | Inactivity notifications v2 (Clean Up and Delete)"?

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if the Admin | Inactivity notifications v2 (Clean Up and Delete) sent an email report to the administrator with a list of all sites that have been deleted. Everytime the Admin | Inactivity notifications v2 (Clean Up and Delete) flow ran so if a large number of apps or flows were deleted it was clear.

Also it would be nice with a filtered view in the "App and Flow Inactivity Notifications Clean Up" that showed all deleted apps.
