[BUG]: No items in Template Catalog #340

Describe the bug When we open the Template Catalog there are no items. We opened in designer and there is an error: "You don't have permissions to view this data. Server Response AppTemplates failed. Something went wrong"

Component (please tell us which flow or app you are experiencing issues with): Solution- nurture components To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the app in edit mode
  2. View the error

Expected behavior The app should open and display available apps

Hello,

the Template Catalog app uses a SharePoint document library in the background for you to upload your own company templates that makers may want to use - e.g. app templates, components, brand guides. It requires a SharePoint site to be set up first, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup-nurture-components#create-a-sharepoint-document-library

Hello,

we're in the process of moving the CoE Starter Kit from this repo (powerapps-tools) to it's own dedicated repo (coe-starter-kit). We are transferring issues to the new repo today, and you will receive responses from the new repo. The new repo URL is: https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit/issues
