Test custom connector error 203 post upgrade

Describe the issue

After upgrading to the latest build: 1.0.20220726.1 1.0.20210521.1

We are looking to test the connection per below step: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/setup-almacceleratorpowerplatform-upgrade-config#installing-the-alm-accelerator-for-power-platform-solution

We are receiving a 203 error. I have double checked and verified all of the parameters. This test worked prior to the upgrade.

Also, can you verify you are seeing the following policies (under the definition tab) on the custom connector and that all of the settings are the same?

To start with try pasting the following into a browser and let me know what you get https://dev.azure.com/{organizationname}/_apis/projects?api-version=6.0. Replace {organizationname} with your azure devops organization. NOTE: Users must have at least Basic User permissions in Azure Devops to use the ALM Accelerator so verify this under Organization Settings -> Users (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/almacceleratorpowerplatform-components#license-requirements-for-users-of-alm-accelerator-for-power-platform)

@elazarheefner based on the response it looks like permissions are good. Based on your initial report you have updated the security settings correct? Is it possible that an incorrect value was entered there? e.g. ClientId, Client Secret, ResourceURL? The ResourceURL, for example, should be client id of the Azure DevOps Application.

I have triple checked it, along with a few colleagues (another set of eyes 😊 ) The test worked prior to the upgrade to the most recent solution.

Yup, I understand the Resource URL is our DevOps Client ID, which is different than the app registered client ID for the client id/secret.

Hmm. I'm running out of ideas. Have you tried deleting your existing connection and creating a new one? Haven't heard any report of this specific issue from anyone else upgrading to the latest version.

The September release was released yesterday it may be worth trying to the latest solution, but at this point I'm concerned that something may have changed in your network or in your Azure DevOps instance that could be blocking the custom connector connection.
