Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Makers are able to submit incomplete support details and also, the complication of sharing with makers, the actual detail required.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see the support details as a required field and also would it be possible to present the user with more information regarding each field as a tool tip or similar. And provide them with detail as per the documentation: Makers can achieve compliance by providing additional information through the Support Details form:

Business Justification: Describe the business need and the problem you're solving with this solution. Business Impact: Define the operational impact this solution has on the people using it. Access Management: Describe who has access to this resource, how access is managed (individual user access or access through group membership) and how joiners/movers/leavers processes are managed. Dependencies: Describe any dependencies this solution uses—for example, external or internal APIs or Azure resources. Conditions of use: (For connectors only) Describe in which situations the connector can and should be used. Mitigation Plan provided: For critical solutions, upload a mitigation plan that details what business users will do in the event of an outage.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Making a subset of fields required is something we've thought about but it will be complex as everyone has a different set they consider required. Will put on feature backlog.

Maybe make it as an editable field similar to the email bodies as is currently in the command center? This will prevent layering and give the functionality to the admins.

We could think about achieving this in the same way we have the forms in the Maker Assessment auto-generated based on data in a table. Re-looking at this in the next quarter.

Great to see that things like this don't disappear down a hole somewhere. Thank you for constantly updating.
