CoE flow not working. Error calling Get Maker helper flow

Describe the issue

Flow ID: 63fed329-e18b-4919-8941-e26c4f6ca583 Error present in flow when doing “Get environment” Dataverse action. It shows that there is no row with the ID e8c39061-dc63-44ab-9b06-e532807cae80 on the “admin environment” column, but there is one with the name. This causes the flow to fail, since it cannot find the correct data. When trying to add a new row, it does not allow to add data on that specific column the error refers to. Same happens when trying to modify.

2-wait for run, until it fails.

6-try to add, but not allowed to fill Environment column.

Can you please clarify what version of Core you are on? I dont believe you are on 1.7 from looking at your screenshot.

That Get Environment failure is not the source of the flows failure. It is an expected failure and caught.

We call "Get Environment" to see if the environment is already in the inventory, and then if its not, we set that variable, that it is new to the CoE

The issue is actually the failure to call Get Maker

Here is a rundown of the issue from our Microsoft technical contact:

" If we focus on the get maker issue, it seems like the error is the following, when trying to trigger the child flow 'Helper - Maker Check':

As far as we know this only happens when the previous Dataverse step fails.

This shows that some data is either preventing the child flow from wither triggering or is triggering with an error. (we are currently running a test to determine which one)

We need to ask them if they know what could be causing this issue and if they know a step to mitigate it. maybe there is some precedent to this issue that they know about."

Wonderful. Yes it appears you did not yet have the fix from us, either because it was introduced after 3.53 or because you had an unmanaged layer. Please let us know how the run goes, and then remember that we suggest you upgrade at least every 3 months, and that you need to remove unmanaged layers when doing upgrade in order to see our changes. thank you for using CoE!

I have uploaded more screenshots to the case with the update. I am still not clear on the following:

Is there a fix that we can apply to this version of CoE or we do need a CoE upgrade?
How can we determine the unmanaged layer and how to remove them.

Unfortunately, after updating, it seems like the issue has not been solved, as you can see on the screenshots. The unmanaged layers has been removed and the CoE core components have been updated. the only other relevant information is that the system does ask for system variables, some of which do instruct to leave empty for default.

Can you please turn this flow off and back on? HELPER – Maker Check From one of the errors above it sounds like the trigger type might have gotten stuck?
Did you set the Run only user properties for the flow?

What I need right now are the following

A screenshot like this showing your current installs
Please turn this flow off and back on: HELPER – Maker Check From one of the errors above it sounds like the trigger type might have gotten stuck?
Please share a screenshot of the Run only user properties for the flow
