What is your question?

Inactivity notification flows - 1) if the maker approves to delete the app, then when will the reminder email be send to the maker? and how many times and what would be the time interval to send the reminder.? 2) After the maker rejects the app to be deleted and gives business justification for the same, the admin marks the app as exempt from the process, after marking it as exempted from the process, will the maker receive any notification / email for the same?
3) same for non-exempted as well? will the maker receive the notification/email? 4) what will happen if the admin clicks on " Delete this Approval"

These diagrams from the documentation usually help people with these questions Apps and Flows

For example you can see that they will get a reminder each week for 3 weeks

And similarly what will happen if they delete the approval, it will just no longer exist as whosn here.
