[CoE Starter Kit - QUESTION] Inactivity flow Approvals emails when ProductionEnvironment variable = No #5630

What is your question?

We have setup CoE kit with Production Environment Variable as 'No' and all the emails are going to admin as expected, however, the flow having owners are appearing with the message of ' Owner is non-existent'. Its a bit misguiding

Yes we did not add the ability to differentiate between assigned to admin for "prod = no" and assigned to admin for regular reasons. I can add this for consideration with the redesign of that feature area, but cannot promise it will be fixed as the area is quite complex.
