Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

From one of our amazing users during office hours:

[8:38 AM] Moris Montejo Are you inheriting power platform admin through security group (RBAC) in Azure? [8:38 AM] Moris Montejo it needs to be assigned individually (the role) to your account

Have also hear that the Dynamics role isnt that reliable for it. Suggest we explicitly require the PPAdmin Role.

@Jenefer-Monroe This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
