Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is a Missing Feature that would allow us to use the 'Maker Assessment app' in our environment.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently its only possible to select Question Formats as Dropdown or DropdownMultiselect. It would be our intention to use the 'Maker Assessment app' to collect requests from our users. It would be beneficial to collect Answers in other formats such as a String, Number, Date, Multiline text, People etc. So we could create questions asking for Cost Centres, Business Owner, Technical Owner, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I think some details can be collected in the 'Developer Compliance Center' once a solution has been created, but it would useful to use to collect details 'up front'.

Additional context?

Hello,

thanks for the suggestion!

The reason the questions are all choice fields now is so that a recommendation / governance guideline can be associated with it - e.g. a maker selects "yes" and then gets shown that this answer means the app requires premium licenses etc. That's more difficult to achieve with free text input, but based on your explanation you just want to gather some additional data with an assessment vs providing guidance like that with the question.

Let me think a bit more on how to achieve that - we could have a separate category that allows you to put together questions that show up in an input form for makers to fill out and aren't part of the assessment.

I'll put this on our backlog for consideration, but will need to think a bit more about the best way to develop this!

Thank you for using the CoE kit and bringing this feature ask to us! Manuela
