[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Change Ownership of Flows for End-Users #6906

We have apps for administrator to change ownership of flows in the CoE. It would be great to to have one for the end-users self-service like "Offboarding App". Using this app, user can assign all the flows/apps to the new user when they are moving to different team.

Using this new app, user can assign all the flows/apps to the new user when they are moving to different team.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently, Users open a support request to CoE admins to do it on thier behalf. We are considering building it ourself but would be good if it is part of CoE and the community can benefit.

Thank you for the suggestion. Adding to the feature backlog. Note that we are pretty booked up right now with some must features so I'm afraid this wont be funded in the near term.
