[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Developer Compliance Center Not displaying Co-Owned Apps #6932

Open mdphung opened 1 year ago

mdphung commented 1 year ago

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

Developer Compliance Center users cannot see apps that they co-own. It appears that switching between the My own apps and the My and co-owned apps views are not updating the app list.

Developer Compliance Center from the M365 Booking account which owns the Canvas Test PowerAppP2-U1 app which is missing details:

As you can see in the below screenshot the Canvas Test PowerAppP2-U1 is owned by the M365 Booking account but has Joshua Jones set up as a co-owner: image

These screenshots (below) are from Developer Compliance Center for the Joshua Jones account as you can see the Canvas Test PowerAppP2-U1 app is not showing in the missing details section when the my and co-owned apps filter is selected. We have also confirmed that app doesn’t show in the other tabs such as the All tab when the co-owned filter is applied:

Yes that is the expectation. Will send to the app owner to investigate.

I'm also having this issue. As an owner I can see all apps/flows in the Developer Compliance Center app. But my colleague co-owner cannot see the apps in his version of the Developer Compliance Center. I've re-run the CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Shared With) flow, and can confirm that he's listed as a Co-Owner, under the "Shared With" tab in Power Platform Admin View. Is there any update to this bug? Would be nice if collaborators had the ability fill in these compliance details, rather than strictly the Owners, especially when the Owner of a flow/app is a Service Principal account.

Regards, Ellis.

THanks for the feedback. Hopefully we can address this soon

Looks like the whole app is designed around the assumption of "my apps" So unfortunately I wont be able to fix quickly for the last minute release we've decided to do for Nov. Moving back over the the V2 work.
