Modern Dataverse Connector now supports dynamic selection of non-current environment and so the legacy one will be deprecated.

Describe the solution you'd like

Based off the work of the Desktop Flow conversion which we shipped first in the Nov release via https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit/issues/6946

Uses only Modern Dataverse Connector
Uses the new set logic technique
Uses new ownership detection method
Allows for Inventory Me concept
Allows for inline Delete checkign.

it doesnt use the dv connector for inventory. Will not do any big changes to it as a resul.t
