How to apply the theme created from COE theme editor to existing app, as this option is not available. Please assist.

We are no longer actively maintaining the Theming components. We recommend you check out the theming options in the Creator Kit instead https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/creator-kit/theme
