[ALM Accelerator - BUG]: ISSUE TITLE: Unable to commit solution

Describe the issue

I am able to deploy ALM accelerator automatic method. However when we are trying commit solution it is failing with below error There was a resource authorization issue: "The pipeline is not valid. Job export_solution_to_git: Step connectionVariables input PowerPlatformSPN references service connection https://coe.crm.dynamics.com/ which could not be found. The service connection does not exist or has not been authorized for use. For authorization details, refer to https://aka.ms/yamlauthz. Job export_solution_to_git: Step PowerPlatformPublishCustomizations input PowerPlatformSPN references service connection https://coe.crm.dynamics.com/ which could not be found. The service connection does not exist or has not been authorized for use. For authorization details, refer to https://aka.ms/yamlauthz."

Even i have authorize and re-run but no lock. Then i came across "GetAzureTenantInformation.Run failed: {"error":{"code":"0x80048d0b","message":"Failed to install the flow"}}" error where the flow is turned off. While checking the HTTP connection for Azure AD been failed. Do we need to turn on this flow. If yes then what should the value

Steps To Reproduce

open ALM canvas app -> create a profile and click on commit solution button of solution

@rajaug3 Can you confirm whether the "Service Connections" got created in your Azure DevOps project for all your environments?
