[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Extend environment request to Developer type environments #7584

COE environment request app does not cover creation of Developer environments.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a Developer type environment from a choice list in Coe Maker Command Center/Environment request canvas app. It should create Developer type environment with database after approval.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Cumbersome process when environment creation is routed to CoE solution but Developer environment creation is heandled elsewere in Power Platform admin panel.
