What is your question?

Is there the option to use the CoE to manage access to desktop flows? I have been using the 'Manage Flow Acess' through the Power BI report for cloud flows and really value this feature, although I have been asked to assign an owner to an orphaned desktop flow and can't see this capability as part of the Power BI report. If it is not part of the Power BI report, is there another way to do this?

We do not have this feature today and would need to start by seeing what programmatic access is available for doing so. Will put on the feature backlog for exploration. Thank you for posting.
