[Power Platform communication site template] Top Navigation Missing #7879

Top Navigation is not added

Hi Team,

I get the below warning PowerShell_ISE.exe Warning: 0 : 2024-03-19 09:52:20.1056 [List instances] [17] [Information] Skip adding/updating custom actions because the site has "noscript" enabled. But the scripts are enabled, and also after the template is applied I do not see the top navigation, though the site pages are created. I couldn't create site using scripts, so I created the site manually through admin portal and then applied the template through scripts. Can you please help?

I am seeing exactly the same issue.

I followed the instructions through PowerShell, the site is created, but the top navigation still does not appear. We have tried the process several times, but we keep encountering the same issue.
