CoE orphan process issue child flow not kicked off #8140

The parent flow ( Request Orphan Objects Reassigned (Parent) ) doesnt kick off child flow. And if I manually trigger the child flow, the adaptive card sent on teams doesn’t display any information about the objects to the manager.
