Dear Jenefer-Monroe,
Thank you for your response.
Which PBIT file did you us?
We used Production_CoEDashboard_February2024.pbit.
And are they present in the Power Platform Admin View MDA?
No. The desktop flows in the {Microsoft Entra tenant name} (default) environment have not been upload since March 4, 2024, 15:03.
Due to the extended holiday period in Japan until May 6th, please kindly excuse any delays in our response.
Hello. We did a big revision in the flows in the near term to catch objects that are missing from inventory. I suggest you upgrade to the April or May version of the kit (May coming next week), and then use the setup wizard.
The setup wizard is highly recommended as it will ensure all the new flows are turned on in the correct order, trigger things like population of the bookmarks screen and do other cleanup steps needed. You should do this both for upgrades and clean installs. To use it, first perform the import of the solution install or upgrade manually, then boot the app and walk through the screens.
Dear Jenefer-Monroe,
Thank you very much. I'll try it out and let you know the results.
closing out as no further action for starter kit team
Does this question already exist in our backlog?
What is your question?
It seems that the desktop flow I created in the automatically generated default environment ("{Microsoft Entra tenant name} (default)")* isn't appearing in the "Desktop Flows" section of the CoE Starter Kit in Power BI.
While the desktop flow I created does exist in the process table within the "{Microsoft Entra tenant name} (default)" environment, it doesn't appear in the Desktop flow table of the CoE Starter Kit.
The following CoE Starter Kit cloud flows are functioning properly with no errors:
Desktop flows created before March 4, 2024, in the "{Microsoft Entra tenant name} (default)" environment were appearing in the "Desktop Flows" section of the CoE Starter Kit in Power BI. Additionally, on February 27, 2024, we updated from October 2023 to February 2024.
I'm uncertain whether this is a bug or an oversight in the setup, hence why I'm reaching out for assistance. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if there's any additional information needed from my end.
