[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Admin Planning Dashboard to use CDS (Legacy) instead of Dataverse Connector #8192

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are unable to use the Admin Planning dashboard as our company has blocked the use of port 1443 and 5558 which is a requirements when using the Dataverse connector.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change or add a version of the admin planning dashboard that uses the CDS Legacy connector instead of the Dataverse connector. The governance and core dashboards use this connector and works as expected.
