[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Save DLP Drafts as the per the Name #8452

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When you save a DLP Draft it creates a new draft using the same name. Now have 2 drafts same name Confusing - must use the created date to tell the difference and the name cannot be changed Would like to give version# to a changed draft or just want 1 draft to be updated, not a new one created.

Describe the solution you'd like

When Save as Draft is selected Save the draft as the current name (a new draft DLP if the name changed or just update current if no name change) Of course, the name change must actually save as that name instead of just being ignored.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternatives as the name can never be changed
