COE Core components : Environment Capacity and Addon information not available #8514

Does this question already exist in our backlog?

What is your question?

I have deployed COE Starter KIT and Core components. Started the flows as stated by documentation. Waited for 24 hours. When I go to an environment and select "Capacity and Add-ons" i do not see any information. Its all blank. Please advise how to fix this. Thanks

Hello, please boot the setup wizard and walk through it, it will ensure all the env vars are filled, all flows are turned on, etc.

Use the setup wizard

Its highly recommended that you use the Setup Wizard to walk you through setup and upgrades. It will ensure all the new flows are turned on in the correct order, trigger things like population of the bookmarks screen and do other cleanup steps needed. You should do this both for upgrades and clean installs. To use it, first perform the import of the solution install or upgrade manually, then boot the app and walk through the screens. image image

Thank you Jenefer. Can i run this wizard a second time. Because i have already run it once before ?

You should run it after every upgrade, and running it twice wont be an issue. However, are you saying you already ran it after the upgrade?

Thank Jenefer, I have followed the steps as you mentioned. I am a little stuck with turning on the flows because i do not see the Admin | Sync Template V3 or Admin | Sync Template V3 (Driver) flow. Please advise how i can fix this. Missing Flow

Hello that flow has been deprecated for Admin | Sync Template V4 (Driver). The setup wizard is setup to use this flow instead though so you should not be blocked. Can you please let me know why you are blocked?

Thank you for your Patience, Jenefer, I have now redeployed the solutions and run through all steps for Setup Wizard. I have double checked all the required flows are running as per documentation. Unfortunately I do not see any capacity information still. Please note i ran the setup wizard and the dashboard 24 hours ago. I can see all the other information just not the capacity reports. Thanking you in advance for your help.

Please go runt his flow: CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v4 (Other Objects) The capacity information is gathered based on it once a week.

Hi Jenefer, Thank you. I am almost there. Please see the attached screenshots in order of name. The flow: CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v4 (Other Objects)is enabled and running I can also see some data coming in the Environment Capacity table.

The Dashboard however is not refreshing and showing old data. Is there a way to manually or automatically refresh dashboard. Please point me to instructions. Thanks SAnjay
