Hello CoE Team,

Can you help, please?

In the "Power Platform Admin View" app, when I look at a "PowerApps App" record and check the form tab "Shared with", there is a section with a subgrid called "APP SHARED WITH (LIST)", which is where we see which users have accessed a Canvas Apps.

I'm seeing many "User" records called "Tenant". What does this mean please? What is the "Tenant" user?

I saw some bad Tenant users recently as well. I dont know for sure where they came from but I think it was from the old Share-With flow that was recently replaced.

I did some work to clean this up recently in this flow: CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v3 (Orphaned Users)

That worked perfectly, thanks. All "duplicate" "Tenant" users were removed.

But we have 1 remaining "Tenant" user now.

When you did your clean up, did you have 1 remaining "Tenant" user?

Correct there should be one remaining tenant user that represents the tenant itself for when apps are shared with the tenant.
