Setup Wizard not detecting auto-assigned licenses. #8690

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

Upgraded client installation with the July 2024 CoE upgrade. Upon starting the upgrade wizard, the pre-requisite check fails on the Power Apps Per User license.

However, in the Power Platform admin center, it shows that the installation account does have that license - apparently assigned via an Auto-Assign Policy which may have been implemented as a result of an environment being switched to Managed:

Note that I can proceed with the wizard and the upgrade completes. I can also open premium Power Apps with no licensing errors. Is this just a bug with the wizard being unable to detect the license?

I would expect the wizard to detect the license.
