[ALM Accelerator - ISSUE]: Newly added users not able to establish a connection for CustomDevOps custom connector #8700

Describe the issue

Hi,

Recently none of the newly added users are not able to establish a connection for CustomDevOps when trying to use ALM and it asks for admin approval. The old users are still able to use ALM seamlessly. image

Does it have to do something with security roles?

The service principle is setup in azure portal as per documentation. Issue resembles to issue #8671

Hi @VaibhaviK2306 ,

Can you pls check if Admin Consent is not required for the App in Azure.

Thanks for your response. I can confirm that no API permissions need admin consent, please see below snapshot. image

Also, only the new users are facing this issue and the old users are able to use it seamlessly
