[ALM Accelerator - BUG]: GetEnvironmentSolutions fails #8919

Describe the issue

The flow GetEnvironmentSolutions fails whenever we open the ALM Accelerator with the following error: image

It seems quite consistent and if I look at the flow run, it basically says that it cannot find the environment in question. This is the response from the "List Records" action in the Flow: image

I do not understand why it cannot find the Environment in question as it does exist.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the list of solutions in the ALM Accelerator to be populated without errors.

What solution version are you using?

1.0.20240305.1

Simply open the ALM Accelerator.
