[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Upgraded COE to 4.37 and now getting an error in Power BI COE Reports

Describe the issue

• after upgrading the COE core components, i am experiencing an issue with the power bi report
• received the following error message:

An error occurred while processing the data in the semantic model. Refresh failed:

[Test] has failed to refresh. Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Expression.Error: The column 'admin_totalshared' of the table wasn't found.. admin_totalshared. . The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Power Apps. Next refresh for Test is scheduled for September 23, 2024 11:00 UTC. == Now that the scheduled refresh has failed 2 consecutive times, the schedule has been disabled.  ### Expected Behavior no error when running COE reports ### What solution are you experiencing the issue with? Core ### What solution version are you using? 4.37 ### What app or flow are you having the issue with? unsure ### What method are you using to get inventory and telemetry? It looks like you are on the August release and using the Sept PBIT file. You need to match the PBIT and Core versions. Can you please confirm? The August 2024 PBIT files.zip

Hi Jennifer

I am on the August release for the COE Core components, but I did not upgrade the PBIT files that came with the release as shown in the sceenshot below. The PBIT files currently installed are from 1 or 2 versions ago.

I had funny suspicion this was the case last Friday but I was waiting for a response to confirm. I will update the PBIT files so they match up.

Hi Jenefer

I am still having an issue with the COE Dashboard report. It looks like the environment tile (the top 20 environments by App count) is not accurate in regards that it is not seeing the updated environment names. As an example: the report displays an environment name such as ITS-Full-Dev POC when it should really display ITSO-Full-DEV POC as the name was changed a few weeks ago.

Are you able to assist? Can we arrange a teams meeting?
