Not able to turn on flows or seeing updated Environment Variables. #9092

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

Getting error messages when trying to turn on Flows in CoE for several Flows. When I imported the CoE kit, it imported as a managed solution automatically, so I'm not sure if that is the reason why I am not able to edit any Flows. I have attached some screenshots showing the error messages in a few flows to use as an example. Also, not sure why Environment Variables are not getting updated when they were left empty on import. Hello it sounds like you have several issues going on

Pagination

All the flows have this pagination policy. The error indicates that you are using an insufficient or trial license. Note that we do not support trial licenses for the toolkit due to them having this lower pagination support.

See here for the license types: Performance profiles And here for pagination limits: Paginated items

And hence our requirements for licenses as described in our prerequisites.

Note you will see the other requirements aside from pagination on this page as well.

DLP issue

It sounds like your you have a DLP policy impacting the environment in which . You will need to update that before you can proceed. Please see Validate data loss prevention (DLP) policies

Use the setup wizard

Once you resolve the above, please use the Setup Wizard to walk you through setup and upgrades. It will ensure the environment variables are filled, all the new flows are turned on in the correct order, trigger things like population of the bookmarks screen and do other cleanup steps needed, etc. You should do this both for upgrades and clean installs. To use it, first perform the import of the solution install or upgrade manually, then boot the app and walk through the screens. image image

Thank you for the reply. I just applied the Power Automate Premium license, but it is still showing the trial license. I’m assuming the Premium license will take precedence? @.*** Thank you!

Yes it may take time to propagate. If you have the correct license and you still receive a pagination error then I'm afraid you'll need to contact product support as we are unable to make that work for you. Hopefully though just waiting for a bit will resolve.
