[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Orphaned Flow discrepancy between Power App Power Platform Admin View and COE Power BI Report

Describe the issue

I have been seeing this issue for a while but have waited until the upgrade to 4.45 to see if this has been fixed but it is still an issue.

I am seeing a discrepancy between the number of orphaned flows between the COE Power Apps Power Platform Admin View App and the COE Power Bi Report. In PPA it states that there are 245 Orphaned flows but in BI the number of orphaned flows is 56 so quite a difference.

I have attached screenshots of the view below

Expected Behavior

Should be seeing the number of orphaned flows matching in Power Platform Admin and COE Power Bi Report

Looks like the selected field might have gotten messed up there

Remove that filter from the PowerBI and readd it from the flow table
