[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Column "App Published" does not update #9267

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue

I´ve found out that the date column "App Published" in the table "PowerApps App" isn´t updating for Canvas Apps. Think that this is the reason why every maker in our tenant gets bothered each Monday with EMails from the Kit saying the app needs to be republished. Although we use the "Developer Compliance" App and hit the "Republish" Button in that App (which actually just sets the value in the column "Admin requirement - Rebulish State" to "Submitted") the App Published Date doesn´t change which is OK since the maker has to republish the App in the PowerApps Studio. I´ve republished 10 of my Apps manually but the "App Published" value doesn´t update,

Expected Behavior

There must be an inventory flow which updates the "App Published" value for Canvas Apps in the table "PowerApps App"

We cannot re-publish for people, they need to test and republish themselves. I thought we had updated the note in this app to instruct that but I just tested and do not see the message having been updated. Will mark as a bug to address in an upcoming release, in the meantime you can change this env var (be sure to restart the flow to ensure its not cached) to some giant number and it will no longer bother people
