What is your question?

Since the last package we installed (August 2024), the Environments table is not being updated automatically. Previously this table was automatically updated every day and, if I'm not mistaken, it was updated by the Power Automate 'Admin - Sync Template v3'. In the version we currently have installed, there is no longer a unique generic Power Automate 'Admin - Sync Template v3', but there is one Power Automate for each component, some with version v3 and others with v4: 'Admin - Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details)', 'Admin - Sync Template v3 (Flows)',... Which Power Automate/s should now update the Environments table?

Hello, the following flow updates environments, and kicks off the inventory for other objects: Admin | Sync Template v4 (Driver)

Please use the setup wizard after you upgrade or clean install and it will ensure all new flows are turned on.

Use the setup wizard

Its highly recommended that you use the Setup Wizard to walk you through setup and upgrades. It will ensure all the new flows are turned on in the correct order, trigger things like population of the bookmarks screen and do other cleanup steps needed. You should do this both for upgrades and clean installs. To use it, first perform the import of the solution install or upgrade manually, then boot the app and walk through the screens.
