Describe the issue

Unable to install Power Platform COE starter kit even with correct licensing assigned. The installation process is skipping the step "Configure Dataflows"

Steps To Reproduce

When I run CoE Setup and Upgrade Wizard, the pre-requisites step has a fail on Power Automate Per User license even though is assigned. The installation process is skipping the step "Configure Dataflows"

That step is not needed unless you are using the Data Export feature, so no worries you're good to go. And that fail on the Power Automate premium license isnt enforced yet by the product so you are ok for now.
