Kiosk Mode: Tablet Full Screen Mode #539

When in kiosk mode on a tablet, the application needs to go to full screen mode. Ideally this would be done automatically by the application to prevent abuse. If it is not possible to do automatically, then at the very least proper guidance needs to be given to reduce user errors.
