[BUG] I3d models pre-trained link seems out of date #628

Description

https://github.com/microsoft/computervision-recipes/blob/master/contrib/action_recognition/i3d/download_models.sh Can't download pre-trained pt file using wget.

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 The specified resource does not exist.
