Hypothesis

We can use lightweight pulse surveys at the point of engagement (eg., PR open or merge) to better understand how we can improve the repo experience.

Experiment

Draft a pulse survey and trial it in some context in one repo

Survey drafted. @mikadumont is setting up SurveyMonkey.

For first experiment, considering auto-posting the survey after builds complete on a new PR. dotnet/roslyn, dotnet/aspnetcore, dotnet/maui.
