Data science effort to better understand why people stay or leave #9

Hypothesis

We have rich data on Github events from the Github API (and internal Kusto DB from that). We can use that to learn about what causes contributors to stay, and what is associated with deepening contributions (eg., PR's)

Experiment

Analyze Github events via Kusto. Collaborate with DevDiv data science team.

Success criteria

We have some actionable learning that we can use to help retain contributors and deepen engagement.
