speed access this for China developers #348

For some reasons, developers in China can't access the https://microsoft.github.io/copilot-camp, since the "github.io" has been restricted in this region, a workaround is to add a custom domain for this site (https://microsoft.github.io/copilot-camp), although I am not sure if we can do this in the github.com/microsoft organization.

I also wonder if there is another option to speed access for China developers.

I had no idea @chenxizhang ! I like your idea but I've heard it is very hard to even register a dns name on behalf of Microsoft, plus they may not let us make the github changes in the microsoft org.

Maybe there is another approach? Can you clone this repo? It's easy to serve the web site; everything is in the repo! Here are the instructions, which were intended for lab writers but might help you too:
