Respect factor orderings #202

Right now it looks like all sortings (e.g., on the x axis) are alphanumeric. Let's update this to respect factors that might have other sortings (e.g., sort the months as Jan/Feb/Mar instead of Apr/Aug/Dec when the month is encoded as a factor).
