Fix for issue #91. #92

Find min and max column numbers and simply center align x-axis labels.

Thanks @giorgi-ghviniashvili! Looks good to me. I just pushed a commit that doesn't build the test/ folder when the R package is built (otherwise installing it from github - not cloning - will mean people get that file installed on their machines). I'll let the github actions checks run then merge
