Investigate allowing the selection of multiple children items (multiselect) #30

The Navigation component should allow multi-select of children items, this should occur if:

Shift + Click - should select all children (if they are in the same level and group)
Shift + Ctrl + Click - should select the children that are clicked and accumulate them

This should allow for the dragging + dropping of multiple children items into a single children location.

Note: This requires some investigation:

How to have multiple active dictionary ids and could be a breaking change, update this issue during investigation
How can simple actions be attached, such as grouping items inside of a container (div)
How can multi-select work with Monaco Editor
What should be displayed in the Navigation and Form components when multi-select is happening

Requirements

Investigate what issues will need to be written for multi-select and determine if this is a breaking change
List the issues below, using this issue as a tracking issue
