Abstract

The shortcut utility should have a way to register with a context menu so that some of the shortcut keys can be accessed that way.

Requirements

Write a spec in @microsoft/fast-tooling for a web component based context menu that registers with the MessageSystem

Additional information

When custom messages sent by the utility defined in microsoft/fast#3774 are sent, add them as possible shown items in the context menu
The context menu should have an open-ended method for registering new actions which may or may not contain shortcut items
