VS extensions task

The current version of the VS extensions installation task takes in the Marketplace Name of an extension via Devbox.yaml and covers the following specs:

• receive the name of an extension (the Marketplace Item Name) from the user via Devbox.yaml and install
• Return specific error message when the installation is unsuccessful
• Return specific error message when the name of the extension is invalid
  • format of name is incorrect (Firstpart.Secondpart)
• Return message when installation is successful

Possible Stretch goals:

• return a message if the extension is already installed
• support path to json exports of extensions
• command to disable already installed extensions?
• uninstall extensions?
