Add ability to sign in into Microsoft account (Windows) automatically (OneDrive Account)

As many other Microsoft Apps (like Photos, Store, etc.), I think it is good and maybe necessary to Dev Home automatically login into Windows Microsoft account and stores / load all configurations and settings for this app from / to OneDrive and personalize this app from these configurations and settings.

Scenario

After install and first run Dev Home, this app try to detect if Windows account is Microsoft account, try to login to that like many others app (For example Photos app) and load all configurations and settings (for example widgets and settings of widgets) and personalize itself.

as well as showing Microsoft account on settings app, and top of app (like Microsoft 365 App) to make better personalize feel.
