Why is the current translation wrong

Release has two meanings:	Meaning	Corresponding Translation
Set (something) free	释放(某东西)
Publish a (new version of) software	发布(新版本)

Obviously, here 'release' means 'publish'. Current translation means "Number of items that are set free"

By the way, how can the community contribute to translations?

@wsy Thanks for letting us know about this! We don't have a way for the community to contribute to translations directly, but we will take this feedback and get it fixed.

By the way, I really hope Microsoft staff can change their Windows/Office and other software from English to their native language. By doing this, many localization issues can be spotted in early stage and can be reported and can get fixed internally without going through these long triage process.
