"Enter a name for your Microsoft DevBox" TextBox expands to the width of the error message #2777

Steps to reproduce the bug

Select "Microsoft DevBox" from the "Configure your environment" flow.

enter "1" in the textbox for "Enter a name for your Microsoft DevBox"

Expected result

The textbox size is consistent.

Actual result

The width of the TextBox expands to the width of the error message.
