Dev Boxes that are not pinned to the start menu show an "unpin" option #3121

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open Environments Click the ... next to a dev box

Expected result

For a dev box that is not pinned to the start menu or the task bar it should say "pin"

Actual result

Currently the menu command says "unpin".

Hey @acangialosi, thanks for your issued bugs for Dev Box provider, just to confirm. Can you confirm that you're using the most recent version of Dev Home via www.aka.ms/devhome. It looks like the Dev Home version you're using maybe an old canary version. The newest one is 0.1401.503.0 I believe. and the newest version of the preview is 0.1401.505.0. You'd also need the newest version of the azure extension for Dev Box here: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mv8f79fgxtr?rtc=1&hl=en-us&gl=US (latest version 0.900.505.0). I just want to make sure these issues still happen in the latest release

Hi Branden. Just confirmed on a newer build. This time Preview channel with latest dev home and matching azure extension. For the dev box in the screenshot below I have not pinned this dev box ever on my machine.
