The type initializer for 'CoreWidgetProvider.Helpers.SystemData' threw an exception on Windows 10 and 11. #3259

Steps to reproduce the bug

On the latest Dev Home build, launch Dev Home and observe the dashboard.

Expected result

I'd expect to see some system widgets pinned there along with any other widgets I had previously pinned.

Actual result

Dev Home isn't showing any widgets and displays an error message that reads, "We're having trouble displaying widgets. Restarting Dev Home may help.". The error is persistent, though.

@BillEisenman You're not running Dev Home as Administrator, are you? Dashboard cannot be run as admin, and would be a cause of this error. If not, can I see your logs? /logs

Hi @BillEisenman. It would be helpful for us if you could share your Dev Home logs. These logs can be found at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.DevHome_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState. You can share these folders via a OneDrive link or zip them and attach them to a comment here. If you share this way, you may want to look through the logs in case there are any details included that you would like to remove (for example, private repo names). Alternatively, you can open a Feedback Hub issue and attach them there. If you use Feedback Hub, please paste the URL at the bottom of the report here so we can easily find it.
