Steps to reproduce the bug
In some scenarios on windows 10, or on windows 11 if the user has uninstalled dev home, it may be possible to install a dev home extension from the store without having dev home installed. Furthermore dev home is not discoverable on the store as it is supposed to be inbox.
Expected result
If a user installs a dev home extension via the windows store and dev home is not on the machine then it should be installed automatically. Furthermore, the store should display a link to launch dev home so the user can see/use what they installed.
Actual result
The user installs the extension and nothing happens. The user is unclear on what steps to take to see the extension and in some cases may not be able to discover the dev home store listing to install it.
