Leaving environments from error state, error warning goes away

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Fresh start of dev home
2. go to environment page, see error
3. nav to settings -> Feedback
4. back to environment.
5. Error no longer prsent

Expected result

I'm still in an error state yet no way to correct.

If you clicked the sync button, the error would pop up again but your bug makes sense, you basically want it to appear without having to click the sync button?

User should always have an up to date view when they navigate back to this page. I’d be ok with showing stale data but having an “updating” and then do the refresh.
