Pin network widget

Expected result

The widget should load and my network speed should appear

Actual result

Widget is stuck on loading image

As an update, this finally loaded after ~5 minutes

@cinnamon-msft Can I see your logs? CoreWidget logs will be in the normal Dev Home ones.
